HR Summer Intern - Talent Acquisition

Join Hubbell’s Talent Acquisition team for a 10–12 week summer internship gaining hands-on experience and working on impactful projects. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Apply skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to on-the-job experiences • Work on comprehensive, value-added projects • Collaborate in teams and with colleagues in a professional environment • Develop technical skills specific to your major • Build relationships and learn about other parts of the business • Provide a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program • Gain knowledge of the industry as it pertains to the Hubbell business location • Gain experience in planning and organizational skills • Work on challenging projects providing practical experience • Assist with process improvement • Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision • Provide support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate About You The company is looking for: • Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree related to the internship (required) • Minimum 3.0 GPA (required) • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred • Familiarity with relevant software and systems Compensation & Benefits • Full-time internship at 40 hours/week • Hourly compensation ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 depending on graduation date Training & Development • Opportunities for professional development by building relationships and learning about other parts of the business Career Progression • Prepare students with experience needed for a rewarding career at Hubbell How to Apply Apply now to take the first step toward a career with Hubbell’s Talent Acquisition team.
