We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist (Korean Bilingual) to join our Global Talent Operations Center in Manila. In this global role, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries and support, ensuring seamless HR operations for employees across multiple regions, with a particular focus on handling language-dependent tasks that require Korean proficiency. You will handle a wide range of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a consistently positive employee experience. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate support in both Korean and English across the employee lifecycle Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by effectively managing HR systems and processes Support the smooth delivery of HR programs and services, contributing to employee engagement and operational efficiency Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve HR processes and service delivery Create, update, and manage HR documentation and knowledge base content in both Korean and English Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to analyze, operationalize, and enhance new and existing HR services Skills & qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role, preferably within a multinational or matrix organization Professional proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is required; TOPIK certification of Level 5 or higher is strongly preferred. Experienced user of HRIS and Service Center technologies (Workday, Zendesk, Google Workplace preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Strong alignment with the Netflix culture, demonstrating curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusion and excellence Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup (at least twice a week in our Makati office), as well as varying shifts and holidays as needed Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
