This role focuses on operational excellence, process accuracy, and effective use of HR systems, enabling HR partners and business leaders to concentrate on higher-value activities.​Reporting to the Shared Service Manager & Operations, this position plays an important role in maintaining standardized HR processes, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.​This position is part of the HR Shared Services team located remotely in Mexico.In this role, a typical day will look like:Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders​Manage an assigned caseload through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution​ Manage caseload to include but not limited to, responding to general inquiries and supporting transactional execution on processes such as preboarding, job and compensation changes, time and attendance, leave of absence, benefits, etc., ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards are exceeded every time Resolve Tier 1 cases across all channels using knowledge databases, FAQs, and standard documentation​Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Tier 2 and 3 as requiredExecute HR transactions in Workday as requested by People Leaders, HR partners, and associates​Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures​Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of knowledge articles and HR resources​Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery, efficiency, and accuracy​Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately​The essential requirements of the job include: 2 to 4 years in HR, customer service or administrative supportA High School Diploma or equivalentMust be fluent in English and SpanishStrong communication and problem-solving skills and high attention to detailTechnology system mindset and proficiency with the MS Office suiteAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to demonstrate sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive employee and business information, always maintaining strict confidentiality and complianceNice to have:Experience working with HRIS, Workday preferredExperience using Case Management or CRM toolsWith annual sales of $5 billion, Veralto is a global leader in essential technology solutions with a proven track record of solving some of the most complex challenges we face as a society.
