The role in a nutshell:The HR Services Manager, is a pivotal role acting as the primary contact for global clients, providing expert guidance on local Employment Laws and ensuring a seamless worker life cycle. The local HR Services Manager is an ambassador, that will embody the essence of our services in the community, fostering positive relationships with both clients and workers. This role may extend to other countries based on business requirements, offering a unique opportunity to influence and enhance our global HR services.How you will make a difference: Being the main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycleWorking with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workersProactively supporting the delivery of all the HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal complianceDeveloping and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal complianceManaging complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients. Including but not limited to Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employmentAdvising clients on workers career progressions, promotions and salary analysisWorker offboarding (voluntary & involuntary) along with retirementsAdvising and supporting Management in HR related responsibilitiesApplying and updating HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and complianceMaintaining employees’ personal data as per local lawsParticipating in different projects, as requested by the immediate line managerActively identifying gaps in processes and making recommendations/implementing changes necessary to mitigate riskProactively support the Team and Line Management with regular updates on employment lawProviding ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and when requestedWorking with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for all workers and provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line ManagementManaging the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll partner ensuring legal compliance.What will give you an advantage: 3-5 years of Dutch local Labor Law ExperienceDemonstrated expertise in HR and the management of employment terminations.Fluent in both Dutch and English languagesExtensive experience in providing guidance on complex Employment Relations IssuesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and collaboration prowessWho we are and what we do: Safeguard Global is….Global!
