Job Title: HR Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Work from Home till July, then Office in Noida
Shift: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Sunday Off)
Languages Required: English & Hindi
Requirements:
Must have a laptop
Offer Letter: Issued within 1 week of joining
Salary:
?10,000 to ?15,000 (based on 10 joining) during training
Training Period: 3 months (Target-based salary)
Post Training: Fixed salary + Increment after 6 months
Incentives: Unlimited for extra joining's
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct phone interviews with candidates
Schedule interviews with clients
Follow up to ensure candidates join
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates through the database
Conduct pre-interview screening
Hire exclusively for non-IT clients
