HR Program Manager
BluePrint is immediately hiring an HR Program Manager for a client in the Fintech Space.
This role is Remote but the candidate muse be resident in Nairobi, Kenya
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (GMT)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the Human Resources tools, including timelines, milestones, and budgetsDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholdersIdentify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as neededLead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project progress and statusManage project resources, including internal and external team members, and ensure that all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of tools and initiativesDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.Basic Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor's DegreeAt least 2 years of experience in program management or project managementStrong organizational, analytical and project management skills combined with technical aptitude.Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).Skilled in project planning and project management.Adaptable, results oriented, and effective at managing change, and proven team building capabilities.Skilled at managing conflict and effectively working through to quick resolution.Willing and able to travel up to 25%

Active PMP certificationHuman Resources project experience
