As HR Ops Lead , you will:

Manage key HR systems, including Rippling, ADP, Google Workspace, Vanguard, Slack, Zoom, and UberEats/Grubhub.
Oversee team gift ordering, travel bookings, and meal arrangements.
Fully own onboarding processes: New hire communication, preboarding and other onboarding support.
Support offboarding processes and ensure all Systems are regularly updated and reconciled.
Track IT equipment inventory and allocations, ensuring proper receipt and retrieval.
Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, invoice management, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the HR team to address operational needs and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Continuously evaluate HR processes to enhance efficiency and overall employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, assist in HR reporting, and track key HR metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

4+ years of experience in HR Operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR systems (Rippling, ADP).
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

NOTE: You will be required to work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time
