HR Operations Process Improvement Manager
About the position VNA Health Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Process Improvement Manager to drive process efficiencies, automation, and internal controls across our HR and Payroll functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless payroll operations for over 2,000 employees across multiple FEINs while implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance HRIS and Payroll processes. Responsibilities • Analyze and enhance HR operations through technology and automation. • Manage and mentor payroll staff while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. • Oversee ADP Workforce Now system configuration and data management. • Develop reports and dashboards to track payroll metrics and performance indicators. • Maintain internal controls, conduct payroll audits, and mitigate risk. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5-7 years in payroll management, with 3+ years in leadership. • Expert proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. • Strong Excel skills. • Experience with AI-driven HR automation. • Proven ability to mentor teams and drive change management. Nice-to-haves • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). • Lean Six Sigma experience. • Familiarity with healthcare-specific payroll regulations. Apply tot his job
