Why is this HR Operations Analyst role differentThis role provides broad exposure across the HR enterprise — partnering with Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, analysts, and senior leadership. It offers autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to directly support high-impact HR initiatives while working fully remote.Key highlightsWork Arrangement: Fully remote.Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (adaptable to all time zones).Reports to: VP of HR Ops & Total Rewards.Team: 4 teammates; highly collaborative role across the HR enterprise.Salary range$65,000 – $68,000 annually.What you’ll doManage HR budgets and advanced Excel reporting (variance tracking, reconciliations, formulas).Provide operational support to HR leadership.Own HR Portal content creation, updates, and governance.Support scheduling for HR Team meetings, including managing shared mailbox activity.Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare decision-ready materials for senior HR leaders.Maintain structured documentation, folder governance, and audit readiness.Coordinate cross-functional HR activities and follow-up tasks.What we look forMinimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple HR teams.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Solution-oriented mindset with financial and Excel proficiency.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.Teammate BenefitsAs an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
