What You Will Do
Legal & Compliance Mastery: Stay ahead with in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance. You'll work closely with the legal team to maintain our high standards.
Performance Management & Coaching: Offer daily support by providing guidance on performance, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions. You'll interpret HR policies and contribute to operational excellence and process improvements.
Policy Development & HR Practices: Lead in maintaining employment regulations compliance, fostering a culture that reflects our core values through effective leadership partnerships, and handling employee relations with a keen understanding of employment law and company policies.
Strategic HR Projects: Align HR initiatives with business strategies, focusing on analytical approaches to measure success and applying flexible solutions to business challenges.
Enhancing Employee Engagement & Well-Being: Drive initiatives in onboarding, employee experience, wellness, and professional development, ensuring high levels of engagement and well-being across the team.
Talent & Performance Management: Play a key role in talent and performance management processes, including recruitment advice, creating efficient processes, and implementing development and performance review systems.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, etc.) are highly valued.
Experience: At least 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant role, with a strong track record in supporting Executive and C-Suite leaders, managing employee relations, and implementing HR processes in organizations with over 100 employees.
Skills & Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, business acumen, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your listening skills, ability to influence, and coach employees at all levels will be key to your success.
