We address the main administrative and HR management issues: time and activities, expense reports, personnel administration, annual reviews, and measuring well-being at work. Our solutions are used today by over one million users in all types of companies (from the chic hotel chain Accor to the surf brand Rip Curl) and particularly in those with strong growth developing internationally (Novo Nordisk, Nexthink, etc.). While we operate in the very serious field of management tools, our work is guided by the belief that a management software doesn't have to be grey, ugly, or boring. That is why we attach great importance to the design of our interfaces and the user experience.Today, Lucca is accelerating its international expansion. With an established presence in Spain since 2022 and a growing team in Barcelona (34 people in January 2025, 48 in December), we're entering a new phase of our development that requires strengthening our local HR capabilities.As part of our international HR strategy for 2025, we are looking to build local HR teams in key markets. Spain will be the first to welcome a dedicated HR Generalist in 2025.This position represents a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal moment of its international growth, working directly with our global HR team of 24 Luccasians while having significant autonomy to shape local HR practices. As of today, the global HR team includes the following teams: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Workplace & Event management).Your missionAs our first HR Generalist in Spain, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong company culture while ensuring smooth HR operations locally. You'll be the main point of contact for our Spanish employees while working closely with our global HR team based in France.HR Operations (40%)- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new Spanish employees- Handle employment contracts, internship agreements, and HR documentation- Handle employee benefits (meal vouchers, sport pass, etc.)- Maintain employee data accuracy in our HRIS (Socle RH)- Coordinate with our payroll provider Aselain to prepare our monthly payroll- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulationsWorkplace Management (20%)- Oversee the Barcelona office operations- Implement and maintain Lucca's culture and rituals locally- Manage office logistics and ensure a great working environment- Organize team events and activities HR Business Partnership (20%)- Provide day-to-day HR support to Spanish employees and managers- Support career development discussions and performance management- Handle sensitive situations and conflict resolution- Participate in talent reviews and succession planningTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding (10%)- Act as local relay for recruitments organized by the global team (logistics, candidate reception, participation in interviews when necessary)- Adapt and implement locally the global employer branding strategy- Manage relationships with local schools and universities- Represent Lucca at recruitment eventsLearning & Development (5%)- Identify local training needs and coordinate with global L&D team- Ensure compliance with local training requirements- Support the organization of training sessions in BarcelonaCompensation & Benefits (5%)- Contribute to local market benchmarking- Support the implementation of global C&B strategies locally- Monitor local benefits programsNote: you should be ready to come to Paris on a regular basis.Your profile❏ You have a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.❏ You have minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Spain.
