Role Overview
We’re seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and client projects. This person will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and helping our clients build strong people practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
• Support the creation and updating of employee handbooks and HR policies
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks (filing, compliance, employee records)
• Maintain employee documentation and reporting for clients
• Respond to basic HR inquiries and support client needs
• Collaborate on culture, development, and employee engagement projects
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Solid understanding of general HR practices and processes
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
