Job Description
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and general recruitment logistics
• Provide administrative support across key HR functions
• Assist with onboarding processes including paperwork collection, system entry, and orientation scheduling
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within HRIS systems
• Support reporting, compliance tracking, and employee documentation
• Help facilitate HR initiatives, training sessions, and department-wide projects
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates

The Successful Applicant
• 1-2 years of HR coordination or administrative experience
• Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS familiarity preferred
• Professional, discreet, and team-focused approach
