HR Consultant / Recruiter Needed – Placement for Remote Junior Accountant (US/UK, 1099)
I am an India-based accounting professional (have more than 6 years of experience) looking to engage an experienced HR Consultant / Recruiter who can help me secure a remote 1099 / independent contractor accounting role with US or UK-based CPA firms or direct clients.
I am open to working either with accounting/CPA firms (as extended team support) or directly with businesses/startups that require ongoing accounting and bookkeeping assistance.
I am open to Australia, EU or any other english speaking country as well.

Scope of Recruiter Engagement
1. Review and position my profile for international clients
2. Identify suitable 1099 / contractor opportunities
3. Introduce me to CPA firms or direct clients
4. Coordinate interviews and discussions
5. Support through successful contract closure
Fee Type:
1. Success-based fixed fee after placement, or
2. Percentage of first-month / first-quarter billing (open to discussion)
