Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and reliability
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operational tasks
Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience in developing and maintaining data management systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated experience in quality audits of outsourced vendors
Familiarity with data security and privacy best practices
Proven ability to think critically and apply good judgment in ambiguous situations
