About the role: The HR Business Partner role is a consulting role within Castle HR. The Consultant shall provide strategic HR consulting services to Castle HR’s clients, delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives, drive high-performance teams, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. In this role, we’ll be looking to you for ideas and suggestions based on your considerable experience and expertise. Using Castle’s Modern HR processes, you will help your clients by: • Providing expert HR advice; managing relationships and proactively supporting the clients • Providing strategic HR leadership • Working on Talent Strategy & Organizational Design • Solidifying HR Compliance and Employee Lifecycle • Helping clients make data-driven decisions Extra Credit if you have: • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Extensive experience working with senior leadership (C-suite). • Experience working with software and/or professional services companies. • HR consulting experience. • Experience in analytics, big data and AI tools.
