You'll be the go-to person for our employees, helping with everything from onboarding new hires to maintaining personnel files and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Help new employees get started by coordinating their onboarding paperwork and first-day orientation 2. Keep employee records organized and up-to-date in our systems 3. Answer employee questions about benefits, time off, and company policies 4. Schedule interviews and communicate with job candidates 5. Assist with processing payroll information and tracking attendance 6. Help plan company events and employee recognition programs 7. Order office supplies and maintain HR filing systems 8. Support the HR team with special projects as needed What We're Looking For 1. High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus but not required) 2. Comfortable using computers and learning new software 3.Good at staying organized and keeping track of multiple tasks 3. Friendly communicator who enjoys helping people 4. Able to handle confidential information professionally 5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 6. Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but we're willing to train the right person Compensation & Benefits 1. Hourly Rate: $21-23/hour (based on experience) 2.
