About the roleAs Product Marketing Manager at Job&Talent, you’ll help define and deliver the go-to-market strategy for our most strategic products—led by our AI agents like Clara, Teo, Maria and Sara.Moving fast and leaning heavily on AI tools to deliver more with less, you’ll own campaign execution across product launches, sales enablement, and in-market performance. You’ll turn complex innovation into customer-ready narratives that scale globally.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and flawless execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to launch, measure, and iterate. What you’ll do Own and execute multi-channel launch campaigns for product and AI agent releasesDevelop positioning, messaging, and value props for a range of verticals and buyer personasUse AI tooling to accelerate tasks: from writing and editing to competitor analysis and campaign iterationBuild and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, training decks, internal FAQsWorking with Product and Analytics team to extract data into compelling sales storiesPartner with designers, AI writers, and analysts to develop campaign assetsCollaborate on content creation across blog, social (LinkedIn), and podcast channelsWork closely with local sales organizations to understand objections and feed that into messaging and support with local adaptations What you bring 3–5 years in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech-led environmentsExperience launching multiple products or features end to endOutstanding writing and storytelling skillsGreat with numbers and loves turning data into slides that speak for themselvesProven practical obsession with AI tools and how to apply them to marketing workflowsStrong project management and ability to juggle priorities across teamsFluent in English and if you have an additional language, it’s very highly regardedA bias for clarity, simplicity, and speed Additional Information About usJob&Talent is a true pioneer in the staffing industry, leveraging AI and technology to revolutionize how temporary labor is sourced and managed.
