Whether you're optimizing business workflows, diving into financial analysis, or collaborating across teams, your work will play a key role in shaping the future of Job&Talent What you’ll be doing Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvementPerform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimizationBuild, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insightsDevelop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growthWork directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiatives Who We’re Looking For: A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related fieldMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization toolsExcellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)Experience in business consulting will be highly valued (Deloitte, MS, EY..etc)Don’t Miss Out!
