Oversee the housekeeping operations on the cruise ship, ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guests' accommodations.
Manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the ship are properly maintained.
Train and onboard new housekeeping staff, ensuring they are familiar with company standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Work closely with other departments, such as guest services and maintenance, to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for housekeeping staff, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
Prepare and submit reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance the housekeeping operations to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
Serve as a role model for the housekeeping team, setting a high standard for professionalism and customer service.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to promote growth and development.
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the housekeeping department.
