Hotel Feasibility Analyst/Appraiser

Hotel & Leisure Advisors is expanding their consulting team and is looking for a Feasibility/Valuation Analyst in their Cleveland, Ohio office. The role involves preparing appraisals, feasibility studies, and conducting market analyses within the hospitality and leisure sectors.ResponsibilitiesPrepare appraisals, feasibility studies, impact analyses, and other consulting assignmentsAnalyze market conditions, competitive supply, and demand trends within hospitality and leisure marketsCollect, verify, and analyze market data from myriad industry sourcesConduct interviews with industry stakeholders, property managers, and local market representativesTravel for site visits and field work (approximately 30% of average work month)Support business development efforts and represent the firm at industry conferences and eventsMay perform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's or graduate degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field0–2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, attractions, entertainment, finance, or real estate; experience in appraisal, accounting, or financial analysis is a plusStrong commitment to quality, integrity, and thorough research in hospitality consulting and real estate valuationExcellent analytical, writing, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelValid passport and ability to travel for fieldworkAbility to obtain a Certified General Appraiser license in Ohio (company support provided toward licensing requirements)BenefitsMedical, dental, life, & disability insurancePaid time offRetirement planPaid continuing educationCompany OverviewHotel Appraisals, Feasibility Studies It was founded in 2005, and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
