• Model and uphold operational and quality standards, holding Team Members accountable.
• Identify the root causes of issues with a focus on self-reflection and accountability.
• Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
• Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors.
• Lead with empathy and decisiveness.
• Drive business success by effectively managing costs with our systems.
• Utilize operational systems, including our Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for advanced roles.
• Boost Guest engagement and build community relationships within the restaurant.
• Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
• Live and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
