Hospitality Brand Standards Consultant (Hilton and Major Hotel Brands)

Location: Statewide Remote with Travel to Raleigh and Greenville NC Company: The Wilkinson Firm Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing The Wilkinson Firm is building a network of brand standards consultants who specialize in major hotel chains including Hilton IHG and Marriott. We are looking for seasoned hospitality professionals who understand brand compliance and service quality at the highest level. About the Role You will evaluate and enhance service delivery for our hotel partners conduct audits and train staff on the standards that define world class hospitality. Responsibilities • Conduct on site reviews of brand compliance and guest experience • Train staff on brand service culture and operational excellence • Create post audit reports and action plans for improvement • Support quarterly leadership workshops with real time coaching Qualifications • Experience in brand compliance management or hospitality QA • Familiarity with Hilton IHG or Marriott brand standards • Excellent communication professionalism and leadership presence • Ability to travel regionally for site visits and workshops Compensation and Benefits • Contract rate from 60 to 100 per hour depending on experience • Mileage reimbursement for travel over 30 miles • Flexible quarterly consulting schedule • Opportunities to expand into multi brand leadership training • Access to The Wilkinson Firm’s professional development network Why Work With Us We believe in building careers not gigs.
