Responsibilities
Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources.

Build a consistent referral pipeline to increase hospice patient census.

Meet with hospitals and families to introduce and facilitate admissions into hospice services.

Ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.
Requirements
Active RN License in Texas (preferred but not necessary).

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Minimum of two years in hospice nursing care for adults.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.

Demonstrated success in a hospice healthcare marketing role.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in hospice care or family support, either professionally or through volunteering.

Nursing experience is a plus.
