Job description: Job Description: This position will offer the opportunity to collaborate with partner lines while assuring maximization of productivity at and between multiple internal and external supply chain facilities. The successful candidate will be required to follow GMP standards, and for assuring compliance with *** Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies along with all applicable worldwide regulations and guidelines (e.g. FDA, TSA, MHRA, DEA, CT Drug Control).

This role is a support function to support the entire Global Material Coordination team and the GMM Sourcing team as needed.

Reports to the Material Coordination Lead and provides both document coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Project Document Management (creating and maintaining files and spreadsheets, copying and scanning documents, collaborating with suppliers and collecting and collating documents for the coordination team);

2. Demand planning and scheduling for all global and local core materials on the Platform Material List

3. Sourcing support of all material types to support the clinical supply chain

4. Material Life cycle management: item creation, material moves, collecting and collating regulatory documentation

5. Support administrative activities in our planning and approved inventory system.

Position Comments visible to MSP and Supplier: Local candidates only will be onsite

normal business flexible when needed. While this is an onsite role, there is some WFH flexibility (1-2 days).
