UX/UI Designer • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Experience using Storybook, html and css is a plus but not required • You know how to leverage out of the box platforms and build components that can be reused • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product usability. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. • Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistent user experiences across all platforms. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision). • Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. • Proficient with creating design systems and establishing design principles • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. • Strong communication skills to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. • Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field is preferred.
