Your Role:
As a Private Duty Nurse at Greater Vision Healthcare, you will:
Implement physicians care plans and provide timely, compliant documentation.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
Teach and empower families to support their loved ones.
Communicate with physicians, Case Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
What You Need to Join Our Team:
? Active RN/LPN license in the state of Florida.
? Current CPR certification (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS).
? Reliable transportation.
? Hands-on nursing experience (6 months preferred but not required).
