Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting child engagement. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs, assessing child progress, and collaborating with visiting coordinator to enhance the overall educational experience. Level 4 ECE qualification is preferred to ensure a comprehensive understanding of academic standards and practices in a homebased learning environment.
Duties
• Develop and deliver play based activities to cater diverse learners.
• Assess children's learning and development through , observations, providing constructive feedback to parents to support their growth.
• Create a supportive learning environment that encourages children's participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to design learning programs that enrich the educational experience.
• Maintain learning assessments.
• Communicate effectively with , parents, and colleagues regarding Childs learning progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and stakeholders.
• Ability to create inclusive play and activities that accommodate various learning abilities and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing activities with minimum of 4 children at one time.

Pay: $22.59 - $27.20 per hour
