Duties
Ā Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
Ā Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Ā Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
Ā Process transactions, including cash handling, while maintaining accuracy.
Ā Document customer interactions in our system for future reference.
Ā Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Ā Assist in maintaining a clean and organized call center environment.
Ā Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met.
Experience
Ā Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
Ā Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ā Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
Ā Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
Ā Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ā Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
