In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on your preference.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications and chat support platforms
