We're looking for a Risk Management Specialist to support our Risk Management department in addressing property damage claims, vendor relationships, and more. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you! Pay: $49,000-$54,000/salary What You’ll Be Doing: Claims Management: Investigate, settle, and/or deny personal property claims, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Maintain and update certificates of insurance for vendors, contractors, and others. Timely Repairs: Monitor property damage repairs and ensure timely completion while handling all accounting and payment procedures. Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate files for property damage, incident reports, and injuries, providing full transparency for internal stakeholders. Litigation Follow-Up: Track litigation status and ensure relevant parties are notified as needed. Collaborative Communication: Work closely with Risk Managers, Corporate Counsel, and Human Resources to ensure a seamless flow of information on claims, incidents, and employee injuries. Additional Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to help the Risk Management team succeed. What We’re Looking For: A four-year degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong understanding of insurance policies and their functions is a plus. Experience with claims management is highly preferred. An eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
