Join StorageMart as a Learning Technology Specialist! StorageMart is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented innovator to help elevate how our teams learn and grow across StorageMart and Manhattan Mini Storage. Pay: $50,000 annually What You'll Do: • Serve as the go-to administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS), Freshservice, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Configure workflows, manage permissions, and ensure reliable, user-friendly systems • Build eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, and Canva • Automate processes and reports using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or APIs • Analyze learning data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with the Training team to enhance systems, streamline operations, and improve learner experience • Explore and pilot AI tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, DeepL, and others to boost efficiency and engagement You Bring: • 2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System or similar learning platforms • A strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools like Articulate 360, Canva, and Microsoft 365 • Analytical skills to interpret learning data and build meaningful reports • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting abilities • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points For: • Experience with Freshservice or other IT support systems • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and video or AI-based learning technologies • Knowledge of data visualization tools or automation platforms • A passion for process improvement and using technology to enhance the learner experience We Offer: • Competitive Wage • Retirement Plan Contributions: Company-supported workplace retirement plan. • Growth Opportunities: A rewarding role where you can learn every aspect of our business. • Recognition Programs: Milestone awards, company events, and use of Bonusly! • Hybrid Work Environment About StorageMart: With a presence across the U.K., Canada, and the United States, StorageMart is one of the largest independent providers of self-storage solutions for businesses and individuals alike.
