Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasiblity, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, MoldFlow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production. About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Office Chat Agent to join our Administrative team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance via chat in English. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a remote environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do • Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally through chat in English. • Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies. • Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining clear communication with the customer. • Update customer accounts and enter information into internal systems accurately. • Collaborate with team members and participate in training to stay up-to-date on policies and best practices. • Maintain a high level of courtesy, empathy, and accuracy in all customer interactions. Qualifications • Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote capacity or chat-based role. • Comfortable using chat software and other digital tools in a virtual environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • Flexibility to work full-time during required shifts, including weekends as needed.
