Administer IV infusion medications in patients' homes with full responsibility.

Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to track patient journeys.

Act as the main point of contact for updates on patient status.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of employment.

2+ years of RN experience.
,
1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.

Strong skills in IV insertion.
,
Valid driver's license.
,
Willingness to travel within a designated area.
,
Ability to work Monday-Friday during the day, with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed.

Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits.
