About the position
As a Home Infusion Nurse (RN) with Accredo, you will embark on a nursing career experience that is both fulfilling and impactful. As the single point of contact for your patients, you will provide regular updates on their status, document all interactions, and manage follow-up care. Your role will require strong IV insertion skills and the ability to handle various situations with confidence and adaptability, supported by your team and leadership. Responsibilities

Requirements
Β Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of residence.

Β BSN degree with 2+ years of relevant RN experience; or ASN degree with 5+ years of relevant RN experience; or Nursing Diploma with 8+ years of relevant RN experience.

Β 1+ years as a specialty RN in a critical care, acute, or home healthcare environment.
,
Β Strong IV insertion skills.

Β Valid driver's license.
,
Β Willingness to travel within an assigned geographic area.

Β Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed.

Β Flexibility to work alternate shifts on short notice and be on call for field visits.
