Community Nursing Services (CNS) is the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships and generating referrals within the Home Health and Hospice industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement Document and track all sales activity in the CRM on a daily basis Consistently meet or exceed referral and admissions targets Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS’s reputation for excellence Skills Bachelor's degree and/or clinical license preferred Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required Medical sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply Benefits Monthly spending account Mileage reimbursement for qualified travel Company-provided laptop and phone Comprehensive training and ongoing support 27 total benefit days - first year 10 PTO days, 3 floating holidays, 7 sick days, 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (eligible after 30 days from first full month) 403(b) with 50% company match up to 6% (vesting at 1 year) Tuition reimbursement Nonprofit status may qualify toward federal loan forgiveness 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Travel reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Company Overview CNS is Utah's oldest nonprofit home health and hospice agency.
