We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Chamisal, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patientsâ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patientâs residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts:
24 hours a week, no preference on days or times.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Responsibilities:
⢠Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
⢠Assist with the patientsâ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
⢠Light housekeeping
⢠Meal preparation
⢠Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
⢠Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
⢠Maintain records and documentation of services.
⢠Communication with the patientsâ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
Minimum Qualifications:
⢠Reliable transportation
⢠Willingness to work on an as-needed basis
⢠CPR
$15 - $20 an hour
