We're hiring a scheduler who is local to our Exton office, but will primarily work from home. 8am - 4pm, ET. Must have experience in Wellsky scheduling software and knowledge of the home care industry.

Β The Scheduler manages the client and caregiver schedule. They ensure that the schedule is up to date and accurate and make changes per client and caregivers requests.
Β The Schedule also handles administrative tasks for the business, including appointment confirmations and phone calls.
Responsibilities/Activities:
Β Review Schedule Daily to ensure each shift has a caregiver.
Β Take incoming phone calls and take action
Β Handle schedule changes
Β If someone calls out, communicate with other caregivers to find a new solution, whether itΒs a new time or a different person to fill the shift.
Β Call the client to inform them of the change.
Β Update Wellsky.
Β Other administrative activities:
Β Send birthday cards or other correspondence
Β Clock employees in or out if asked
Β Send employee email communications
Reminder: Either party may terminate employment at their will without reason. This is not a contract of employment, but merely a statement of accountability expectations of the company. Common courtesy allows at least a two-week notice so an employer may make arrangements.
