Update job posts weekly to generate a high volume of applications.
Develop creative recruitment strategies to overcome challenges and reach prospective candidates.
Collaborate with branch staff to determine staffing needs and facilitate new hires.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Experience In Human Resource Recruiting Is Preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
