We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Home Care Administrator to lead our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of home health regulations, operations, and compliance. The Home Health Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our home health agency, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management:
• Provide strong leadership to the agency's staff and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
• Manage and mentor department heads and clinical staff to achieve excellence in patient care.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay current with all federal, state, and local regulations related to home health care.
• Ensure the agency's policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Quality Assurance:
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead efforts to maintain accreditation and ensure high standards of care.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee the agency's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue optimization.
• Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality care.
• Explore opportunities for revenue growth and diversification.
• Patient Care Coordination:
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Human Resources:
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and promote professional development.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
• Ensure staff readiness for emergencies and disasters.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Current state license or certification as required for home health administrators.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
• Financial acumen for budget management and financial analysis.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and technology.
