Home-Based Online English Teacher
We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients communication skills and make them more competitive in todays dynamic business world. We need people who are passionate about teaching/training and can bring excitement to the learning experience.
As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online to our clients. Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group of up to 5 learners per session;Write lesson reports to the learner groups to document what was covered in each session
Requirements:
Must be willing to work from homeMust have an energetic, pleasant, and engaging personalityUnderstands the principles of adult learningA college/bachelors degree is requiredTraining, teaching, or tutoring experience , preferably to a group (Minimum of 1 year)Business and/or corporate experience (Minimum of 3 years)First or second language must be English with Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)On-camera teaching experience is an advantageable to multitask using different platforms for teachingFluency in other languages is a plusGood computer skillsKnow how to multitaskQuiet, dedicated workspace

PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)A noise-cancelling computer headset with a microphoneHigh-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)Webcam capability (internal or external)
Operating System: Minimum Requirements

Work hours
Number of hours per week: 30 to 40 hoursNumber of days per week: 5 to 6 daysWorking hours: ASIAN TIME ZONEWorking days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week
