Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one sales appointments with customers, showcasing Cutco products and providing exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Cutco products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Manage and maintain a flexible schedule, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and meeting sales targets. Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge. Utilize online tools and resources to track sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics. Work independently from home, maintaining a professional and organized workspace. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Home-Based Sales Coordinator with Vector Marketing, you will need: To be at least 18 years old (or 17 and a 2024 high school graduate). A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. A strong work ethic and ability to manage time efficiently, meeting sales targets and deadlines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and resources. The ability to start on a part-time basis within the next 7-10 days. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, previous experience in the following areas can be beneficial: Retail sales or customer service. Administrative or office work.
