Role Description
This is a part-time, commission-only position based in Morgan, UT.
While this role is remote, we prefer candidates located in Northern Utah, though we are open to others nationwide who are self-motivated and aligned with our mission.
We’re seeking a driven Home & Auto Insurance Specialist to serve clients through the Fortune Shield platform.
In this role, you’ll:
• Help clients find the best home and auto insurance coverage
• Quote and bind policies using our agency tools and CRM
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely follow-up
• Work flexible hours and earn commission on every policy sold
• Receive full access to tools, training, quote systems, and marketing support
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential and room to grow.
Perfect for someone looking to re-enter the workforce, build a book of business, or grow part-time with a supportive team.

Qualifications
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (or willing to get licensed)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with quoting tools and/or CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in insurance or financial services is helpful, but not required
• Growth mindset — open to training, support, and long-term development
