About the ServicePeter Mac @ Home (PM@H) is our acute, home-based oncology service, operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service integrates Hospital in the Home (HITH) and home-based cancer care, funded through the Department of Health.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our PM@H team as a Community Nurse.
