⢠Support and explain existing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, mainly relating to benefits
⢠Provide clear and thorough information to caregivers while navigating through multiple platforms
⢠Manage questions from caregivers with grace and tact, emphasizing a positive employee experience
⢠Handle employment verifications and disability forms
Qualifications
⢠3+ years of experience in an HR/Benefits position covering several HR-related tasks
⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
⢠Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
⢠Detail-oriented
⢠Bilingual Spanish preferred
⢠Familiarity with Salesforce
