[Hiring] VP, Operations @TaskUs
Role Description
As Vice President of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations to support growth and add to the bottom line of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
• Focusing on strategic planning and goal-setting
• Providing management and oversight of all aspects of the business within your site
• Demonstrating a commitment to excellence and collaborating with senior leadership
• Meeting the company’s objectives with a passion for success
• Formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth
• Managing daily operations of personnel, purchasing, administration, and other departments
• Improving operational efficiency in targeted areas including customer support and engagement
Qualifications
• At least 7 years in a Senior Leadership role of a large business or enterprise
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics
• Experience in structuring effective training & development programs and measuring their success
• Proficiency in leveraging the latest technology to enhance organizational growth
• Possess a “people first” leadership style with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of organizational behavior, workforce planning, metrics, and analytics
Requirements
• BS or BA is highly preferred but not required
• 25% travel within the region the position is assigned
• Salary range: 171,000-257,000 USD
