Role Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.
• Manage communications between multiple stakeholders
• Write requirements
• Create project plans
• Ensure meeting deadlines, deliverables, requirements, etc.
• Send follow ups and reminders
• Organize documents
• Create processes and systems as needed
• Assist with various other projects / tasks

Platforms:
• Google Suite
• Epic Beaker

Qualifications
• Experience as an IT project manager or a Business Analyst (a must)
• Experience working in a lab (a plus)
• Experience with Epic Beaker (a plus)
• Experience with lab information systems (a plus)
• Excellent communicator
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Likes deadlines
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and timezones
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• 20-25 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
