We are currently hiring a Temporary Onboarding Coordinator to support our candidates and clients throughout the Central and East regions. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your client facing and collaborative expertise, along with a sense of urgency, to ensure each candidate’s onboarding experience is seamless. You will also utilize multiple automated systems to finalize transactions and maintain compliance while onboarding candidates. Our ultimate goal is to facilitate every aspect of the new hire's onboarding process.

ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Full-time temporary role with an expected assignment duration of 6 months.
• 100% remote.
• Candidates must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones to be considered.
• Pay starting at $21.65/hr.

Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of high-volume transactions for new hire on-boarding, including new hire offer letters and onboarding, background/investigatory reports and health screening documentation to ensure compliance
• Process and review administrative documents related to Human Resources activities including electronic hiring and on-boarding utilizing electronic signature software, such as DocuSign and Adobe
• Manage and understand multiple national and state vendor portals to schedule compliance appointments, along with tracking and obtaining results
• Responsible for all communication with candidates and hiring teams as it relates to onboarding requirements and status updates
• Utilize reporting and dashboards to track candidate progress and metrics
• Provide feedback to department leadership to promote process improvements
• Ensure new hire paperwork is accurately completed prior to submitting for processing into the HRIS system
• Act as onboarding liaison between various departments prior to escalation
• Possess an understanding of background and health documentation requirements to ensure compliance standards are met
• Provide input in the development and creation of department SOPs and SLAs
• Support department with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance documents are uploaded in HR systems in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records according to system compliance
• Assist HR department in various projects as required

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing or other high-volume activities
• MS Office experience is required, including Excel proficiency
• Experience with Applicant Tracking and On-boarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG
• Experience with automated Offer Letter preparation, including revising offers and reviewing offer details to make appropriate updates
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
• Requires attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work
• Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment and make decisions
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work within time sensitive deadlines, while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Candidate should reside in the Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone
