Role Description
The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing Residential Generator orders in SAP for a specific list of Area Managers. This includes:
• Entering, managing, and analyzing data to ensure order accuracy through order fulfillment.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks to respond to phone calls, emails, and order processing within the established SLAs.
• Providing professional, reliable, and efficient support to both internal and external partners throughout the order flow cycle.
• Sharing best practices and acting as the SME to assist the current team with any process knowledge gaps.
• Coordinating weekly reviews with the credit department to ensure all orders on B block for 10+ days are reviewed and released or the customer credit risk rating updated.
Specific Responsibilities
• Quickly and accurately process incoming orders in SAP.
• Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, current products, and customer-specific delivery requirements.
• Resolve invoice issues such as credit requests and customer deductions promptly.
• Respond to and action order changes, expedites, and order status requests as requested by dealers/retailers.
• Work with internal partners (Sales, Credit, Pricing, Logistics) to investigate and action any roadblocks to ensure orders flow through from entry to shipment without delay.
• Handle all customer emails and phone calls for an assigned territory in a timely and professional manner.
• Maximize shipments dropped to the delivery pool for processing.
• Access/update order information within customer portals.
• Lead weekly credit delivery block reviews with the Credit team.
• Act as the SME for any order flow related processes.
Requirements
• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, MS Mail, Excel, Word, and Access.
• SAP experience processing customer orders is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
