We are seeking experienced, motivated, and licensed P&C Insurance Agents to join our expanding national team. Especially looking for agents or small agencies in the following states: WI, TX and TN. What We Expect: • Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License. • Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the continental United States. • Must have proven sales experience in insurance or a related field. • Cold calling is required daily until the required book of business size is achieved. • Responsible for prospecting, selling, and client management—quoting support is provided. • This is a full-time 1099 position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week for the 1st year. • A college degree is preferred but not required. • Must be self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
